Improvement of atherosclerotic symptoms (death from cardiovascular abnormalities, myocardial infarction, stroke, or refractory ischemia) in adult patients with acute coronary syndrome [including patients who have undergone drug therapy or coronary intervention (PCI) (with or without stent) and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in patients with unstable angina or non-Q wave myocardial infarction] 3. Reducing the risk of atherosclerosis and thromboembolism , including stroke, in adult patients with atrial fibrillation who have one or more vascular risk factors, are not suitable for vitamin K antagonist (VKA) administration, and have low bleeding risk |
| Usage · Dosage |
○ Adult 1. In patients with ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction, or peripheral arterial disease, 75 mg once a day is orally administered as clopidologrel. 2. For patients with acute coronary syndrome ( unstable angina pectoris or non- Q wave myocardial infarction ), start at 300 mg once a day as a loading dose on the first day of treatment, and then administer orally as a maintenance dose of 75 mg each time . In this case, 75 ~ 325 mg of aspirin should be administered in combination with this drug once a day. 3. For patients with atrial fibrillation, take 75 mg orally once a day. In this case, 75 ~ 100 mg of aspirin should be administered in combination with this drug once a day. ○ Patients with renal impairment : Treatment experience in patients with renal impairment is limited. ○ Patients with hepatic impairment : Treatment experience in patients who has moderate liver disease with hemorrhagic constituion is limited. This drug can be administered with or without food intake. |
